The colors are decent. However, there is some work to be done on the main drawing.
1. The wings are uneven(one design on the left, a different design on the right)
2. Anatomy: The midriff is a bit off. Also the arms and hands are a big weakness of the picture. You may need to study your own arms and hands to understand what I mean.

I used a thumbnail of sailor venus and clothes reference of fairymon to draw it out.
I saw all the mistakes that you pointed out and then some but I wasn't feeling like fixing it. But I will fix anatomical mistakes for school pictures or anatomy practice pictures to practice for school.
thanks though. You can check my other gallery if you want to see some better artworks. I have stuff from class too if you want to see realistic drawings. (though only still life/object drawings and a skeleton at the moment cause I don't have a camera anymore)
