Lori dressed in her favorite outfit of a striped blue and white T Shirt with matching purple vest and skirt is standing in awe of the lobby of the The Baxter Building.”Wow. I cant believe I'm inside the Baxter Building about to meet the world famous Dr Reed Richards.” gasps Lori with child like excitement. Lori is not alone however, as she is with a group of other young contest winners who are also waiting for the renowned super scientist's arrival. “I know isn't it awesome?” chimes in another contest winner, a portly African American boy wearing in a Spider - Man baseball cap, a Fantastic Four shirt and gray X-Men pants. “It's even better up close, just like in Fantastic Four Issue number 3!” “It's Whatever.” scoffs a third contest winner, a lanky scraggly red haired Caucasian teen dressed in a rebellious garb of black Slipknot T-Shirt and black sagging Jeans. “When is Richards gonna show up in this dump” “Feel free to ignore him. He was probably born on the wrong side of the bed or something.” states the fourth contest winner, a spunky Latina girl with black curly hair sporting a preppy purple sweater and brown dress pants. “Im Maria Sanchez. The history buff is Derek Smith and Mr congeniality is Sammy Copperfield. ” “It Samuel, Princess.” retorts the petulant youth. “Lori Inzunami ”says Lori shaking Maria's hand “It feels like a dream being inside The Baxter Building.” “Yeah I cant wait to see the progress on Dr Richards Solar Electric Generator. I heard that when its finished, It will cut down carbon emissions by 90 percent.” “Mr Fantastic always come up with the coolest inventions just like when he created The Gamma Negation Net to capture the Red Ghost and his gang of mutated Super-Apes ” Derek enthusiastically added “I wonder if he's heard of the creation of the alarm clock.” mutters Samuel.

The elevator door from down the hall opens reveals an unshaven Dr Reed Richards still wearing his scruffy laboratory coat and stained Fantastic Four uniform approaching them. Despite Dr Richards slovenly appearance, Lori was still enamored by Reeds presence and rushed first to greet her idol. “Hello, Dr Richards “Lori said eagerly shaking Reeds hand. “I'm Lori Inzunami and its a great pleasure to meet such a scientific legend like yourself.” “The pleasure is all mine to me you Lori” Reed is taken back by Lori's sincere greeting. “And its a great pleasure to me the winners of the Adventures of Science contest.” “Oh Yeah “ Lori bashfully giggles when she remembers the other participants with her ” These are the other contests Derek, Samuel, and Maria ” “Salutations, Mr Fantastic” Chimed Derek ”Why the late entrance, had a late mixer in The Avengers Mansion ?” Samuel scoffs until he was jabbed in the ribs by Maria's Elbow. “Lay off slacker! Its an honor to meet you Dr Richards sir.” Reed glanced down at his messy attire and blushed.“ Yes, my wardrobe isn't quite up to standard.” Dr Reed nervously chuckles. “I must apologies for my tardiness. I was putting the finishing touches on a new experiment. But since every one is present. we can now start the tour.”

As Reed and The four contest winners proceed to the elevator, Reed suddenly halts the group a the security booth. “Before we continue onwards. I must strongly insist that you turn in any personal electronics like PDA or cell phones to the security table right now.” “What for?” Lori asked inquisitively. “Yeah Mr Fantastic. I wanted to use my new sidekick to record this fantastic experience.” “For security reasons mainly” Reed explains. “I'm developing a lot of new inventions and don't want them leaked to the public yet. Not that I accusing anyone of possible corporate sabotage mind you, It just regular procedure. ” “Okay, makes sense to me. I just wanted to get a picture of this great moment”

Lori glumly sighs as she turns in her Digital Camera in the drawer. “What every you say Mr Fantastic sir” says Derek as he turn in his sidekick. Maria take a skeptical look at Samuel “Better safe then sorry. ”and turns in her cell phone and watch. “Lets just get this thing started already ”groans Samuel as he turns in his Ipod. “Don't worry. All of your personal material will be returned to you after the tour is completed.” Dr Reed places his outstretched hands on both Lori and Derek's shoulders “And I personally promise, Now shall we continue?” “Yes sir Dr Richards” beams Lori as she cheerfully leads the group into the elevator. Unknowing to the group, Derek's sidekick's monitor suddenly switches on. “Phase one is completed.” a robotic voice and begins to sprout a straw like camera attachment and four spider like legs on each side The Spider Droid begins to shoot a laser beam from the Camera attachment to cut a small hole inside the drawer. “Now onward to Phase two...”
